(he has a chapter on the Bayern-'Gladbach rivalry in the book), now I am able to see 'Gladbach goals in all their glory. But then just imagine what would have happened to Bayern Munich had they managed to get Wenger ahead of Arsenal. ;) I read former Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein (the man instrumental in bringing Wenger to the club) said on the 13th anniversary of Wenger at the club at the beginning of this month that Bayern were also interested in getting Wenger.
