Snapshot: This Photo isn’t about Breastfeeding

Luca Toni, Phillip Lahm, Franck Ribery, Miroslav Klose

Though if it was, I would tell either Klose or Ribery to let Phillip Lahm have his turn. He seems to be missing out.

Bayern Munich thrashed Aris Salonika 6-0 in the UEFA Cup tonight. They ended up winning their group and made up for their recent run of 0-0 draws. Luca Toni scored four opportunistic goals in this match, as in: four goals! Head over to the Bayern Offside and wait patiently for Angela’s view on the match.

Bayer Leverkusen didn’t quite manage to keep up with Bayern, but their 5-0 victory over Zurich made them group winners as well, since Toulouse beat Moscow in the other game.

File under: awesome.

Okay, Toni should get a medal for scoring the ugliest four goals scored in a single game. And Ribéry should get one for making the cross for each goal, even though he never connected directly with him. Weird.

More nurturing from Luca, as Franck gentle falls asleep on Toni’s bosom.

Things that aren’t about breastfeeding are a very important part of Bundesliga blogging here on the Offside…
