And so I can say you did surprised me, Jan. :) I had heard of Der Speigel. Even all the more they used to interview my country's prime minister (it's like the equivalent of the Chancellor position in your country)...this was like almost a year ago or something. ;) Guess what. Actually, the Der Speigel link is the first time I saw it. And so I can say you did surprised me, Jan. :) I had heard of Der Speigel. Against Cottbus no less.(And there is no less, because despite what the standings say, I think Cottbus is the worst team in the league). I think Kuranyi is the best example of how raw goal-scoring stats are not a predictor of actual value. He is strong in the air, defends better than most/all other German strikers, is unselfish (at least with the NT) and actually scores a goal here and then. And I thought I could surprise my readers. About Kuranyi: I don’t think Kuranyi will make it into Jogi’s starting XI either. Though, it would still be great to take an in-form Kuranyi to the Euros as a substitute/tactical option.
