She wrote that Frankfurt were quite confused when she first tried to have tickets send to Japan a year ago. Now it all went smooth and the tickets only took a couple of days to arrive in Japan. It is true about Bremen not having terribly many fans in the US -- I just tried to buy a few things from the Werder webshop and they got desperately confused by my shipping address. And I was ordering in German and everything! Sportscast is a sub-company of the Bundesliga, who produce the TV signal and they also produce four matches with English and Spanish commentary each week. These matches are sold as a package for international distribution. GolTV could still order other matches on top of that, but there probably aren't enough Bremen fans in the US yet.:-) Though a highlight program plus up to four live matches, plus La Liga is more than you get here, unless you get a pay-tv subscription.
