I think Manuel Neuer has actually more potential than Adler but Adler has clearly better nerves and is more concentrated and probably simply more mature already. Manuel Neuer's mistakes and blunders this season are in equal parts beginner's mistakes, lapses of concentration and insecurities following the mistakes he made. Ironing out beginner's mistakes isn't the problem but Neuer needs to get the mental side of things worked out. If he manages to do that, he'll be Adler's biggest rival. I also don't expect a record price tag for Adler. Not because he doesn't deserve it, but because you need the right league to inflate prices properly. The EPL does it or Serie A did it with Buffon.
