Jan here is an interesting scenario that I am too lazy to solve. If the current BL table for European spots stays the way it is – Schalke/Werder qualifies for CL, Bayer/BVB qualifies for EL, Werder wins the Pokal, HSV wins the EL – then who takes the last EL spot for the EL? Would it be Stuttgart being the next team on the table or FC Augsburg being the only Pokal semifinalist not already qualified for Europe?

The 6th placed team qualifies for the Europa League no matter what happens (i.e. Werder qualifying for the El or CL). That means Stuttgart will qualify for the Europa league.
If Hamburg somehow win the Europa League, then they’ll be automatically qualified for the EL group stage as well and the Bundesliga will have 7 instead of 6 clubs in Europe.

Jan, is there any possibility to write an article about the referee decisions of the second leg between Fiorentina and Bayern? I get sick when i must read that Bayern won only by referee help or that Fiorentina was robbed…
I remember two missing offside calls before Fiorentinas goals number 2 and 3 and i remember Klose being two times in eccelent position with an uncorrect offside call…
But try to bring the story on the front page.
Justice is necessary otherwise we get to hear these lies for a long time.
