Season’s Greetings from Bayern Munich ft. Louis van Grinch
By: Jan | December 25th, 2009Bayern Munich put together this little season’s greetings video for their fans. There’s something in it for everyone. Lots of Dutch, lots of German, nine different languages overall, quite possibly Luca Toni’s last appearance for the club and Louis van Gaal – who absolutely loves to do these things. I think I even spotted a whiff of a smile on his face by the end, but maybe that’s just a compression artifact.

That was nice to see all the boys together on one video and doing things like that for the Holidays is always good treat for the fans of Bayern. I couldn’t understand Ribery and Altintop, but at least the German came through loud and clear and I caught a few words of Dutch. It seems that Bayern are going to be become a mixture of Dutch and German for a few years to come, which can be a good thing IMO. Jan, I think you are correct that there was a slight smile from LvG there at the very end and it was nice to see. Hopefully everyone will be just as happy at the end of the season also especially if there is silverware at their feet!
