Beardwatch: Kevin Kuranyi

Kevin Kuranyi has once again proven his worth for Schalke 04 this weekend. Schalke beat Hanover 3-2 and Kuranyi scored the first two goals himself and got the assist for the third. His chances-to-goals ratio is still abysmal, but looks world class compared to what his team mates managed, while he was injured.
According to his post match interview, he has been working so hard on his comeback, that he didn’t find the time for a proper shave. He did find time to explore some extravagant fashion choices though.

Well he’s gone to pot.

…Well, I still want to vomit unceremoniously every time I see him (I doubt he’ll ever grow out of that, although not playing for Schalke would help), but actually, the beard is a slight mitigating factor. I might be able to restrain myself until I get to the toilet, instead of the normal desperate search for a bucket.
