Moldavian Hooligan Culture

By: Jan | July 29th, 2007

Moldavia, nowadays part Romania and part Moldova (home of our beloved FC Dacia Chişinău), apparently has a long standing Hooligan tradition. Different to the often rather unimaginative styling of their western European counterparts, the Moldavian Hooligans wear some fancy traditional headgear. They also use standardised clubs. Here is a video of two rivaling firms duking it out in Ruginoasa (Iasi county). Unsurprisingly modern times have caught up with Moldavia as well, so riot police is an integral part of the menu as well. Partybremsen.
