Animals on the Pitch: Oliver Kahn and the Wasp

Bob recently posted a video compilation of animals - make that mostly dogs and birds - who spent some entertaining moments on a football pitch. Thanks to this years League Cup we can add another very small scale creature to this growing list: the wasp. The poor insect most probably didn’t survive the encounter with Oliver Kahn. Thanks go to Abby for pointing me at this little incident.

  JT: Yup, they won the match 4-1 without much of a hassle. Bremen wasn’t the strongest of opponents on that day.
