Mad Jens gives German Fans the Finger

By: Jan | November 19th, 2007

“It’s nonsense. I’ve never done anything like that”, says Jens Lehmann. It supposedly happened after one of Lehmann’s risky trademark excursions outside of the box, during the Germany – Cyprus match on Saturday (4-0). The crowd in Hanover started Robert Enke chants. Enke happens to be Hanover’s goalkeeper and Jogi Löw’s current third choice behind Lehmann and Hildebrand.

Here’s the video evidence of how Lehmann supposedly gave the crowd the finger.

Well, it’s not exactly a textbook case of giving someone the finger and Lehmann is known for his ambiguity.
